ASO® Flex-Hinge™ Ankle Stabilizer

The ASO Flex-Hinge combines the proven technology of the ASO’s stabilizing strap system with an articulated plastic shell for superior ankle stabilization. The internal plastic shell with hinge is built into a ballistic nylon boot and flexes to conform to the anatomy of the ankle, which greatly enhances patient comfort and allows the stabilizing straps to restrain inversion and eversion.

Indications include:

• inversion or eversion ankle sprains
• syndesmotic ankle sprain (high ankle sprain)
• medial or lateral ankle instability
• subtalar joint instability
